Initial Consultation

We schedule an on-site visit to your home to learn about your landscape design needs and budget. This visit includes a site analysis to understand your project and determine if there are any site challenges which might impact the design. Our creative landscape designers will work with you to discuss all of your options.

Follow Up Meeting

We’ll share our custom landscape design for your home, review changes and provide an estimate. Together, we can revise the design to achieve your goals.

Completion of Design

Final design revisions are completed and reviewed. Materials, plants and other design elements will be illustrated to help you visualize your design. Keep in mind that natural materials may vary in appearance, color and texture and the photos may not always depict those variations. Once the design is reviewed carefully, a contract is signed, and a timeline for our work and your payment is established.

Your Project Begins

We begin with an 811 call to determine utility locations. Our team orders and arranges for delivery of materials and roll off dumpster. Weather, availability and HOA requirements can impact deliveries. Your project manager or design professional is in contact with you throughout the process to review ongoing work and make changes as needed. Please reach out to our team with questions, design or material changes prior to delivery. Changes may be subject to additional cost. Plant delivery is scheduled, and subject to availability, weather and other variables. Every effort will be made to get the plants in the ground in a timely manner, however plants must be watered by the homeowner if the crew is not able to plant on the day they are delivered. For safety, please keep children and pets away from the construction site.
